Star Points FAQ

Star Points is (are?) our loyalty/rewards program! Some might even call it a super stellar token economy. The way it works is pretty simple:

• Earn 1 Star Point for every $1 spent on CEU modules or bundles
• Earn 20 Star Points for leaving a product review
• Earn 150 Star Points by referring a friend who makes a purchase from us
• Redeem Star Points toward future purchases on our site (10 pts = $1)

What can I buy with Star Points?

Star Points can be redeemed toward purchases of CEU modules or bundles.

How do I redeem my Star Points?

You can redeem any points you've earned in two different ways:

1. Using the "Redeem Points" button at the top of the shopping cart page
2. Visiting the "Claim Rewards" area of the Star Points section of the myAccount dashboard

How can I track my Star Points?

You can track the Star Points you've earned and redeemed, see opportunities for earning more Star Points, and more from the Star Points section of the myAccount dashboard. 

Do Star Points expire?

Yes and no. Star Points will expire after 2 years (730 days) of inactivity, but you can prevent this by earning new points. Customers who do not earn new points within this inactivity window will have their balance reset to zero. We will send you an email notification 30 days in advance of your points expiring and you can check the expiration date of any points you've earned from the Star Points section of the myAccount dashboard. 

We also reserve the right to terminate this program at any time, but you will be informed in advance if this were to happen. And it probably won't happen. :)
