Quiz or knowledge check does not show the correct score
You might complete a quiz or knowledge check and be surprised to see that your score is not what you expected. Or you might be surprised to see that it is calculating a number of points that is not equal to the number of questions. For example, a knowledge check might have only 4 questions but be worth 6 points, like this:

If this happens to you, pay careful attention to the number of points being awarded for each question. If a question is worth multiple points, that typically means it has multiple correct answers. To earn full points for that question, you must select all of the correct answers (and none of the distractors).
For example, in the previous example, you can see that the second question is worth a total of 3 points because there are 3 correct answers. In this case, the user only selected 2 of the 3 answers, so they only earned 2 of 3 points:

While taking a quiz or knowledge check, you can tell that a question has multiple correct answers with two clues: 1) there will be a checkbox next to each option instead of a radio button and 2) we try to always add "check all that apply" to the end of the question.
